[Food] Recycling phosphorus and nitrogen from separated human urine and toilet solids should be included in any amendments to the "Local Government Water Pollution Amendment Bill 2018". This is to prevent a future global food crisis because it is now know that the resources to make synthetic fertilizer that feeds more than half the world population will become excessively expensive and eventually be depleted. Instead of recycling phosphorus we also need to recycle nitrogen as a bio fertilizer.
