Propose a topic for investigation. We review all submissions and accept commissions based on public interest, feasibility, and editorial independence. Funding is optional — it helps prioritise but does not buy editorial control.

Every proposal is published on this page — accepted, declined, or pending. Every commission is attributed unless the proposer chooses otherwise. This is deliberate. Dark money has no place in journalism. If someone funds an investigation, you should know. If we decline a proposal, you should know that too. Full transparency is the only model compatible with editorial independence.
