[Health] GPCareforAll wishes to raise the viability of services due to the impact of the legislative changes introduced by section 1008A TCA 1997 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 2023. These changes will have a detrimental impact GPCareForAll and its ability to operate. The charity and its model has a track record of creating GP practices in areas of deprivation which are grossly underserved; deprived populations do not present an attractive investment proposition for GPs or commercial organisations.

This model has potential for wider application. In addition, we were seeking funds to set up new GP Practices in identified specific areas of deprivation.
