[Social Protection] The manner in which people on Social Welfare have worked periods measured; currently in days which is an impediment to the company's ability to provide work. A ceiling on the number of hours per week would be much more beneficial to the Company, our employees and our service users. Also raised issues with respect to inclusion of Home Care in work permit scheme. Nursing homes are currently included but home care is excluded
