[Economic Development and Industry] Requesting that, if the new powers (under Sections 203-207 of the Companies Act 2014 as amended by Sections 16-20 of the Companies (Corporate Governance, Enforcement and Regulatory Provisions) Act 2024) to prescribe forms of declaration for the purposes of each of Sections 203-207 are to be exercised, consideration could be given to prescribing those forms for use only in respect of declarations that are made after the date of the prescribing regulations.
