[Banking and Financial Institutions] On 9 November 2023, we submitted a letter to the attention of Mr Michael McGrath as a follow up of our letter previously sent on 21 Sept (to Mr Michael J McGrath). In this new letter, we reiterated our concerns with regards to the current stamp duty leglislation as well as highlighted our support to the Euronext Dublin's proposal to get stamp duty exemption for trading in Irish shares listed on the Atlantic Securities Market (ASM) operated by Euronext Dublin.
