[Health] Meeting with the DOH officers in which we outlined in detail the significant staffing challenges being experienced across many homes, and the ongoing impact that the 50:50 rule continues to have on recruitment and operational stability. We also held a detailed discussion on the recent MAR threshold increases, which significantly raise the cost base for nursing homes given the significant reliance on employees requiring work permits.
