[Finance] Aviva sought a meeting with Fianna Fail's Finance Spokesman, Michael McGrath to discuss issues relating to general insurance and progress in reform arising out of the Report of the Cost of Insurance Working Group. Among the issues we discussed were the Motor Insurers' Insolvency Fund, insurance cover for older cars, tackling fraud and the lack of any sanction for those plaintiffs whose cases are dismissed by judges who find their evidence incredible or fraudulent.
