We know that while the Government have to date released a wide range of measures and supports, there is still more that needs to be done to ensure that we retain and return people to employment. To date many of the supports have been in the form of loans and grants; however improved liquidity support measures are necessary to ensure the recovery continues.

It may be necessary to incentivist people to live in towns, likewise there may be a need for incentives towards returning vacant premises to conditions suitable for living in.
