[Education and Training] Minister Halligan was invited to speak, and did indeed attend the AONTAS Adult Learning Festival, European Union policy event. Minister Halligan provided welcoming remarks to the event and then stayed to listen to a presentation by David Mallows, Lecturer with the University College London.
