[Housing] Client was applying for MTR. Single man, 4 bedrooms. Over accommodated does not apply as he is over 65. The process went as far as conveyancing. Cork Co Co refused to accept 25 year lease. Irish Homes offered tenant in situ, but Council still refused. Client requested I write letter to explain situation for local Councillor and liaise with him (Ian Doyle). I have spoken with Ian, who has said he will pass it to TD, Michael Moynihan, if he cannot get any where with Council.
